Government support for FIXE@Lot Fourteen
The South Australian Government will support the local innovation community to build and strengthen the entrepreneurial community.
Coworking and incubator operators with a strong track-record of supporting startup businesses are invited to express their interest operating FIXE@Lot Fourteen as its first anchor tenants.
The initial anchor tenants are expected to partner with the South Australian Government and work closely with the Office of the South Australian Chief Entrepreneur to foster the location's startup culture and contribute to the vision of FIXE@Lot Fourteen as an iconic destination for entrepreneurs and innovators. Anchor tenants for FIXE@Lot Fourteen will be selected based on merit, with criteria outlined in the EOI evaluation.
Participants in the entrepreneurial and business community, including startup and scaleup businesses, incubators, accelerators, professional service providers and other interested individuals and organisations are invited to register their interest in leasing space or providing services at FIXE@Lot Fourteen.
The Registrations of Interest will be assessed to determine demand for desks within FIXE@Lot Fourteen and the scope of service provision. Registrations of Interest may be provided to the successful anchor tenants to contribute to the establishment of FIXE@Lot Fourteen. Anchor tenants will be responsible for selection of members and service providers to occupy or service respective coworking or incubator spaces.
